Discord is a great chat platform for gamers and developers. It’s also a great platform for communication between friends and family. However, if you’re looking to leave your server, there are a few things you need to keep in mind. First, make sure you have the necessary permissions to do so. Discord requires access to your server’s chat logs, user profiles, and other data. If you don’t have these permissions, you’ll be unable to leave the server and its users will be unable to join it again. Second, make sure you have an exit strategy in place should your server become unavailable or too difficult to use. This could mean suspending or deleting your account or leaving the game altogether. If this happens, be sure to take steps like creating a new account or setting up an alternate account so your friends can still communicate with you while you’re away. Finally, remember that Discord is an open platform and anyone can create a server on it. So don’t be afraid to experiment and try new things! You may find that leaving your server is the best decision for your game or chat experience.

If you’re no longer interested in being part of a Discord server, you can leave the server to stop further engaging with it. We’ll show you how to do this in Discord on desktop, web, and mobile.

In your server list, select the server you want to leave. Next to the server name, tap the three-dot button (mobile) or down arrow icon (desktop). In the options that appear, select “Leave Server. ” When asked to confirm, hit “Leave Server” again.

When you leave a server, Discord no longer sends you notifications from that server. You also can’t post any messages in that server, and it will disappear from your sidebar.
