If you’re like most people, you probably use Safari on your iPhone or iPad to browse the web and access your favorite websites. But what if you want to clear history, cache cookies, and even set up a Safari privacy policy? There are a few steps you can take to help make sure your Safari experience is as smooth as possible. First, open Safari and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will show you a list of tools that are available to help with your browsing experience. On the right side of this list, you’ll find two options: Clear History and Cache. Clear History will clear all of your browsing history and cookies so that future visits won’t remember what you’ve done. Cache will store any cookies that have been set up in Safari so that they can be accessed again later. If you want to clear history or cookies for a specific website or application, then select it from the list on the right side of the screen. Once selected, click on the Clear History button. If everything goes according to plan, Safari will ask for confirmation before deleting all of your browsing history and cookies. If there are any problems with this process, then please contact customer service so they can help resolve any issues! Cache is another option that can be used when setting up a privacy policy for Safari on iPhone or iPad. Cache stores any data that has been stored in Safari so that it can be accessed again later without having to remember every site or application that was used during previous visits. To use Cache, select it from the list on the right side of the screen and click on Set Cookie Policy . This will give you more information about how Cache works and how it can help protect your privacy settings.

We’re going to assume that most How-To Geek writers know how to delete the history, cookies, and cache in Mobile Safari, but just in case you don’t know, here is how to do it.

Open up the Settings app and find Safari in the left-hand list, and then scroll down the right side until you find the “Clear History and Website Data” button.

You’ll be prompted to verify that you really want to do this, and it will point out that this is also going to delete the history from other devices using your iCloud account to sync Safari.
